Deluxe Portable Hardwood Falcon Block

The Deluxe Portable Hardwood Block Perches are great for transporting or perching falcons and hawks. A professional craftsman custom makes our wood perches out of various hardwoods, all sizes are two inches deep with glued in Stadium Astrotuf. We finish our wood perches with several coats of a combo epoxy/UV resistant clear finish for years of service indoors or out with reasonable care.
Underneath the top of the block is a galvanized flange attached with stainless steel screws. This is screwed onto a six-inch-long stainless steel pipe stem that screws into a heavy 3/8 inch thick black powder coated steel base plate measuring 14 inches diameter weighing 20 lbs. There is a small hole in the base plate to allow further anchoring to the ground with a spike or large nail. The leash is tied to a stainless steel ring that floats up and down on the stem.
Perches are Available in 3 Sizes:
Large (PB102): The large size is 9 inches diameter x 2 inches deep. It is great for transporting or perching Gyrfalcons and Red-tail Hawk size raptors.
Medium (PB101): The medium size is 7 inches diameter x 2 inches deep. It is great for transporting or perching Peregrine to Harris’s Hawk sized raptors.
Small (PB100): The small size is 4 inches diameter x 2 inches deep. It is great for transporting or perching Kestrels, Merlins and small hawks.
With reasonable care this perch will last a lifetime!
